The ability to stack the
transport and lattice boxes as well as the stackable platform brackets means
that space can be used more effectively both on the lorry and on the
construction site or in the building yard. Integrated lifting eyes provide for
safe movement by crane, while transport with forklift trucks or lifting trucks
is also possible without difficulty.
Cleverly
designed mesh boxes for different requirements
PASCHAL's lattice boxes
offer a practical solution for the storage and transport of both large and
small parts. The classic wire mesh box has outer dimensions of 1200 x 810 x 930
mm. A smaller version measuring 1200 x 810 x 460 mm is also available. An
innovative, hinged side panel in the larger mesh box makes loading and unloading
easier, even when the boxes are stacked or fitted with a lid.

box for the effective organisation of small parts
The sturdy, hot-dip
galvanised transport box is equipped with compartments in various sizes to
ensure the clear sorting of small and very small parts. With a large
compartment measuring 1.20 metres in length, it offers sufficient space for
longer items such as tension rods or uni carbide scrapers.
A
universal lid rounds off the range
A specially developed lid
for the transport and mesh boxes completes the range. It can be easily attached
to the boxes with two hooks and optimally protects the material from falling
out.
New
stackable rack for platform brackets measuring 120 x 80 cm
The new stackable rack for
platform brackets with dimensions of 120 x 80 cm and a weight of 53 kg is
adapted to the dimensions of the PASCHAL transport boxes and lattice boxes. It
can be stacked with these and is designed for formwork components up to 150 cm
as well as rails, bracings, posts, etc. This stackable platform bracket rack is
characterised by its sturdy steel frame to which four upward-facing struts are
added at each corner. The design effectively protects the material to be
transported from falling out, while lifting eyes at the ends of the struts
facilitate transport by crane. The rack rests securely on four supports which,
together with the lifting eyes, guarantee easy handling.
The stackable rack for
platform brackets is not only robust, but also extremely efficient. The
possibility of safely stacking up to four racks on top of each other minimises
space requirements and optimises storage and transport processes. Thanks to the
hot-dip galvanised surface, users benefit from a long service life that meets
the requirements of demanding construction sites.
