Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer has a six types of ranges in size which is spread over A to F, with normal ratios of 5:1, 13:1, & 20:1. The gears are helical and are manufactured in case carburizing alloy steels with a hard wear layer and a softer core so as to resist shock loads. The Shaft Mounted Speed Gearbox is manufactured with a double lip oil seals facility. Blockage due to dirt, dust and other abuse from outside can easily be prevented with a usage of double lip oil seals. To have smooth and trouble free operation of the product all gear units are kept watch ensure lack like gear crack, noise and leakages. The gear units are consist of tooth design, to give higher power to weight ratio for the same size. Over all advantage of modification gives advantage to meet specific customer specification in terms of ratios, configurations and width of gear units.
