Aesha Make M-Sand Making Plant ranges from 5 TPH to 50 TPH Capacity with using the concept of Compact Sand Plant.

It comprises of Vertical Shaft Impactor with Brand Name SAND-MASTER of high efficiency and durability. It produces homogenous round shaped sand particles with feeding efficiency upto 60 percent.

Sand Particles produced from VSI, transfers to the High Frequency Vibrating Screen for grading of particles as per Standard Norms.

Aesha's HFVS Series Vibrating screen are specially designed to work more than the expected output which requires minimum screen area and eliminates downtime, guaranteed for Non-stop production with zero maintenance. Oversize material feeds back to VSI through Belt Conveyor whereas required undersize sand material flows to the Sand Washing Plant.

ASW Series of Sand Washing Plant is the unique and one of its class machine designed and working on advance technology as per industry demands.

It consists of Both conventional Bucket Wheel Classifier Machine fitted with most advance Hydrocyclone system to remove clay, silts and totally separating below 75 micron waste material from sand.

After which sand material is thoroughly rinse water from sand by using highly efficient De-Watering Screen through which Finish sand products contains only upto 8% of Moisture.

This plant is based on principle of maximum output with minimum power consumption when compared to others.
