Three Mould Press: The Three Mould Rotary Press is the industry standard for concrete pressing. This machine, which uses a hydraulic pressing process and a rotary table system, is one of the most efficient ways of producing pressed concrete products. The block-making machine is fully automatic and capable of producing high-volume, perfect-finish products. It includes three stations, each with fully adjustable pressing operations and remote PLC diagnostic tools. Everything you need for three mould presses is available from Q Green Forest Press. Single Mould Press: The concrete block-making machine has two and three stations with 400T pressing power. The machine also has an automated product removal system and an automatic product stacking system. This type of machine would be used for low-volume special products such as a radius, dropper, quadrant, return end kerb stones, and so on.

Mini Press: Their designers created the machine to make 600mm x 600mm paving slabs or up to 150mm kerb stones. Mini Press is outfitted with PLCs and modern hydraulic systems. The machines are upgraded based on customer feedback.

Concrete Block Mould: Q Green Forest Press also produces a wide range of wet press moulds. Bespoke moulds, duplex moulds, kerb moulds, octoplex moulds, radius moulds, simplex moulds, slab moulds, and triplex moulds are all available. These moulds are used by clients to create perfect-finish products for the Indian construction industry.

The hydraulic pressing process involves filling a mould with a wet mix of concrete with an aggregate/cement ratio ranging from 5:1 to 7:1. The pressure is then increased to 100 psi (6.9 MN/m2) to remove excess water and complete the compaction. These machines can produce high density products with close dimensional accuracy and superior finish
