In the dynamic landscape of Nepal's construction industry, Asian Concreto's partnership with Masa GmbH stands as a testament to innovation and excellence. Established in 2017, Asian Concreto became Masa GmbH's first customer in Nepal, setting up the largest operational concrete products manufacturing plant in the country, located in Bhairawaha. This strategic location holds significance, being in close proximity to Raw Materials and situated near the border between Nepal and India.

The plant is close to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Recently, in April 2024, Mr. Frank Reschke, the Managing Director of Masa GmbH, visited Asian Concreto's impressive facility in Bhairawaha. His inspection left an indelible mark of satisfaction, underscoring the plant's condition and efficient operations.

Asian Concreto's plant exemplifies modern engineering and automation. Equipped with Mixing and Dosing technology from Masa Germany, along with state-of-the-art curing systems, the facility consistently delivers superior-quality products. The universal Masa L 9.1 concrete block and paver making machine enables Asian Concreto to produce over 30,000 square feet of pavers daily, highlighting the plant's efficiency and productivity. Each of these high-class products requires gentle and efficient handling: Equipped with advanced servo technology, the Masa Ring Plant takes over the automated further processing cycle of the fresh products right up to the ready-packed unit.

The plant is equipped with advanced testing equipment imported from Europe, enabling comprehensive testing of both raw materials and finished products. Every batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure adherence to the highest standards throughout the manufacturing process.
