We provide stand-alone solutions for creating finished materials as well as EPC projects utilising leftover products from various process industries. The market for C&D waste, fly ash, and other industrial waste residual products is expanding. We anticipate an increase in demand due to increased knowledge of the potential use of alternative resources such as demolition debris, fly ash, and other leftover materials in the manufacturing of final products. Such materials can be exploited by adding value according to government rules and relying on scientific research conducted by government and commercial groups.

There is also a demand for greater capacity factories, ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 bricks per day. Civil contractors, power steel plant owners, and real estate project owners are seeking ways to use residual waste from sectors such as steel, electricity, and cement. Neptune is well-positioned to meet the demands of all of these users with our integrated solutions, which facilitate the processing of materials from batching to final products such as Fly Ash Brick, concrete blocks, paver tiles, and so on.

With a fully automatic plant that includes comprehensive automation for raw material handling, batching, press machine, green product handling, and stacker/finger car automation, our plants could manufacture 50,000–300,000 bricks per day. Our products include the Neptune Vibro Series and the Neptune Mega Series, which have plant capacities ranging from 50,000 to 3,00,000 bricks per day with two lines and automation.

We also offer the Neptune Vibro Series, which can produce concrete blocks at a rate of 5,000–25,000 pieces per shift, concrete pavers at a rate of 300–3000 square metres per shift, and fly ash bricks at a rate of 10,000–250,000 pieces per day. The Vibro Series includes an entire fly ash and cement silo, a pneumatic conveying system, and a batching plant.

Because of their superior technological characteristics for achieving the rated output, our plants have lower operating costs. PLC and SCADA-based systems, software from Siemens and other European companies, and our own hardware are used in the smart automated plants. All of these aspects contribute to our facilities' operational dependability. Our block-making operations are built with technical assistance from our Italian partner, Frima.

We will be offering more turnkey solutions in the future. We will provide turnkey solutions for building materials and construction industry segments such as fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, pavers, and tiles, aerated autoclaved blocks, lightweight aggregates, mortars, binders, dry mix mortars, adhesive grouts, green sand, and so on through complete EPC support.

Neptune has recently completed a turnkey EPC project for NTPC to create 200,000 fly ash bricks, as well as projects for Jindal Steel and Power through its Vibro Series units. Neptune has consistently grown, developed, and utilised cutting-edge technology for the production of novel construction materials at a low EPC cost. We feel that our real estate building business is rapidly expanding to the point where high-capacity manufacturing with high-quality goods and completely automated plants is in high demand. Neptune provides complete turnkey projects with an EPC solution for all building material manufacturing plants, including concrete blocks and pavers, clay bricks and blocks, fly ash bricks and blocks, AAC blocks, and interlocking walking blocks, with capacities ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 pieces per day and a fully computerised central control system.

We discovered that there is strong demand for and a scarcity of construction materials with acceptable price support, resulting in a high need for high-quality, automated product production plants. We can observe that numerous operations have been carried out under redevelopment programmes in metropolitan and other big urbanised cities, resulting in a considerable amount of C & D trash that has been recycled to form aggregate and then used to make bricks, blocks, and paver blocks. Neptune has built Delhi's first plant of its sort for the ILFS C & D recycle facility in Mundka. Neptune is also working on specific construction materials for low-cost flooring in villages and suburbs. Machine-made interlocking blocks have been proven to have a high load capacity.

Interlocking bricks, distinguishing features: -

•  On the booth side, the finish is excellent.

•  There is no plaster and no load-bearing capability.

•  Apply a putty coat straight from within.

•  There is no need for exterior plaster; simply use straight paint or a white foundation.

•  Between layers, there will be no mortar-mixed bricks.

•  Powerful earthquake resistance
