Pug Mill is a kind of a mixer which mixes the material based on the requirement. Different industry uses different types of pug mill e.g. foundry machines uses open drum pug mill, Construction industry uses drum type and etc. Types of pug mill defined based on construction and rotating shaft.
This kind of application cannot be catered through standard product, it needs some special features to make it suitable for application. Construction industry mostly used synchronized twin shaft mixers. Application is like, two gearbox mounted on each mixing shaft and synchronized with joint. Gearbox need to have pulley mounting and Synchronization arrangement at input shaft
