At the recently concluded MICE AFFAIRS International Conference & Awards Night on 19th July 2019 in New Delhi, Mr. Om Prakash – Director, InORBIT Tours Pvt. Ltd., & ex-Chairman TraveI Agents Association of India (WR) was awarded the prestigious “LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD” for his significant contribution to Trade and Exhibition Industry for over 40 years. He is the pioneer in India to start visits to International Exhibitions all over the world since 1979.

Commenting at the occasion Mr. Vijay Kumar - Director MSME DI, Govt. of India, New Delhi, Mr. G S Kular – President of Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organisations (FICO) and Mr. Sachin Manocha of MICE Affairs, lauded about the contribution of Mr. Om Prakash of 40 years to boost MICE participation especially by the MSMEs of India.

Worldwide recognition

Mr. Om Prakash, was awarded Indo German Awards 3 times for his contribution in the development of Indo German Economic Relations. He was also the recipient of Awards from China, Thailand, India and USA. During his journey of over 4 decades, he was interviewed on German television. BBC London, Voice of America and Doordarshan in India. He received many Awards in India by Tourism Ministries and Indian media. He was also the Chairman of Travel Agents Association of India (WR).
