The inauguration of the Delhi section of the Dwarka Expressway by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, along with a key stretch of the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), marks a watershed moment for Delhi-NCR’s infrastructure and real estate landscape. According to PropEquity, property values nearly doubled between 2020 and 2024, from ₹9,434 per sq. ft to over ₹18,600 per sq. ft, making it one of the most dynamic growth stories in Indian real estate.
