IRB Infrastructure Developers has signed a concession agreement with NHAI for a Rs 2,132 crore road project in Gujarat. The project involves upgrading a 90.90 km stretch of NH27 from Samakhiyali to Santalpur from four lanes to six lanes. It will be developed under the build-operate-transfer (Toll) mode with a 20-year concession period. The agreement marks a crucial step for IRB in securing financing for the project.
