CAIT seeks Gadkari's intervention on Delhi's poor road infrastructure
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has requested that he order a road audit of Delhi. Despite being the capital of the country, there has never been any serious discussion on the construction and quality of roads. Delhi, as the country's capital, deserves the best and most comfortable roads, as well as shorter travel times from one location to another. However, the roads were built without forethought, resulting in unsafe roads, according to the report. More than 5 lakh people come to Delhi from other states daily; road sizes are the same, but passenger and commercial vehicles are increasing day by day.
