Tribeca announces Trump Towers Hyderabad on Kokapet's Golden Mile, in partnership with Ira Realty

Two 65-storey towers rising 800 feet, joined in the sky by a suspended bridge carrying the Trump Club

Hyderabad, 12 August 2026 — Tribeca Developers — India’s leading developer of trophy properties today announced the launch of Trump Towers Hyderabad, a landmark luxury residential development on Golden Mile Road in Kokapet.

After twelve years of success in India, with Trump-branded developments in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata, the Trump brand now makes its highly anticipated debut in South India with Trump Towers Hyderabad.

The project, which is being developed by Tribeca Developers in collaboration with Ira Realty, will bring the iconic Trump standard of luxury, design and service to one of Hyderabad’s most prestigious and rapidly emerging addresses.

Trump Towers Hyderabad will comprise two 65-storey towers rising approximately 800 feet, connected by a dramatic suspended sky bridge at the 28th floor. Above the bridge sits the Trump Club, a landscaped club floor spanning both towers and open to the city on every side.

The project will feature more than 450 residences, including 3.5- and 4-BHK homes and a collection of double-height simplex residences. Every home will include a private lift lobby and floor-to-ceiling glazing, with additional amenities set across a landscaped podium.

Trump Towers Hyderabad has received its RERA registration, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open, with early registrants securing priority allocation ahead of the project’s formal sales launch.
