Rs 3,411-Crore Kolhapur-Vaibhavwadi Rail Line Enhances Maharashtra-Konkan Link
The Kolhapur-Vaibhavwadi
rail line, integrated into the PM Gati Shakti initiative, receives a budget of
Rs 3,411 crore. This strategic railway connection will improve accessibility
between western Maharashtra and Konkan, streamlining the movement of agricultural
products to and from the port, and stimulating trade and development.
