The Pune Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (PUMTA) has made a decision to unify all three metro lines into a single building at Civil Court station. Supported by Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) and Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha Metro), Pune Metro's three lines - PCMC to Swargate, Vanaz to Ramwadi, and Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar - will now interchange seamlessly at Civil Court Station. PMRDA and Maha Metro will bear the additional cost, accommodating the underground PCMC to Swargate line and the elevated Vanaz to Ramwadi line along with shifting the Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar station to create a more integrated and efficient metro system for Pune commuters.
