PM Inaugurates Rs. 6,350 Crore Railway Projects in Chhattisgarh
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated railway projects worth approximately Rs. 6,350 crore in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. These projects include the Chhattisgarh East Rail Project Phase-I, a third rail line between Champa and Jamga, another third rail line between Pendra Road and Anuppur, and the MGR (Merry-Go-Round) system connecting Talaipalli Coal Mine to NTPC Lara Super Thermal Power Station (STPS). These developments are expected to alleviate congestion in the Jharsuguda Bilaspur section of the Bilaspur-Mumbai rail line and promote industrial growth in Chhattisgarh through enhanced rail connectivity.
