On October 22, 2024, Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) MD S Krishna Chaitanya inspected the construction of the Bhopal metro priority corridor from AIIMS Station to DRM Office and Subhash Nagar depot. The inspection involved key officials, including directors Shobhit Tandon (systems), Ajay Gupta (projects), and Sanjay Singh (civil), along with metro contractors and consultants. The corridor, scheduled for completion by May 2024, was reviewed for progress following a trial run in September 2023. The visit underscores MPMRCL’s focus on meeting its project deadlines.
