Saya Group's Ambitious Project: India's Tallest Mall to Rise in Noida with Rs 2,000 Cr Investment
Saya Group plans to
construct Saya Status, India's tallest mall, reaching a towering height of 150
feet. Located in Noida's Sector 129, the mall will cover a built-up area of 1.4
million square feet, with 1.1 million square feet available for leasing. With
an investment of over Rs 2,000 crore, the nine-floor mall will house luxury
brands and amenities. Construction is underway, with 25 percent completion.
Singapore-based DP Architects is responsible for the mall's design. Saya Group
aims to establish Saya Status as an iconic commercial space, financing the
project through internal accruals, loans, and an estimated operational date of
2025.
