The Prime Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones for diverse projects in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, worth Rs 4,400 crore. Initiatives cover urban development, water supply, transportation, and mining sectors. Projects include pipeline development, water supply augmentation, flyover bridges, water distribution stations, and town planning roads. Inaugurations encompass multi-village drinking water schemes, a river overbridge, drainage network, sewage treatment plants, and an auditorium. Additionally, the PM participated in the Gruh Pravesh ceremony for 19,000 PMAY houses built at a cost of Rs 1,950 crore, handing over keys to the beneficiaries.
