New Noida: 21,000-Hectare Satellite City Planned for Urban Development
Noida Authority has designated 21,000 hectares across 86 villages in Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr for the upcoming Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). The nearly completed master plan aims to accommodate 600,000 residents, featuring a logistics hub, knowledge centers, townships, and a skill development center. A budget of Rs. 1,000 crore is allotted for land acquisition and development.
