Krisumi Corporation Invests Rs 300 Cr in Krisumi City Project, Gurugram
Krisumi Corporation, a
joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group, will invest Rs
300 crore in Phase-II of the Krisumi City housing project in Gurugram. The
project aims to develop 4,00,000 sq. ft. and generate a revenue of Rs 500
crore. Construction has already begun and is expected to be completed within
four years. Possession of Phase-I units will start in January 2024, and plans
for Phase-III and a dedicated clubhouse are underway. Krisumi Corporation also
plans to enter the hospitality sector for managing the residential apartments.
The Phase-I units were priced between Rs 1.47 crore and Rs 1.92 crore.
