BMRCL is revamping its Project Management System (PMS) and in-house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to monitor its projects continuously. Soon, we'll call for bids. Metro has been criticised for previous and continuing project delays. Divya Hosur, GM, Information Systems, BMRCL, remarked, "We have PMS for project execution." We'll soon include pre-planning in our system. She said a second dashboard would provide project updates and timelines.

The GM stated, "All project expenditures will be readily monitored." A Vendor Management System will also grade multiple-project suppliers. BMRCL will also make its internal ERP more robust and dynamic. It will incorporate HRM, FM, and IM, improving departmental coordination. Hosur said it would help the government better utilise its rolling stock and goods.
