Tata Power Bolsters EV Charging Network on Chandigarh-Shimla Highway

Tata Power has expanded its EV charging network along the Chandigarh-Shimla highway, covering 111 km with strategically located EZ Charge stations. Positioned at Hotel Falcon Crest and The Oberoi Cecil, these points facilitate EV travel between Chandigarh and Shimla. Users can locate stations via the Tata Power EZ Charge app, make online payments, or use RFID cards. With a nationwide network, Tata Power has over 62,000 home chargers and 4,900 public charging points, contributing to sustainable mobility and reducing carbon footprints. The company aims for carbon neutrality by 2045.
