Infra Limited, an Infrastructure Company mainly into rooftop and ground-based
solar power installations, has received two solar power orders valued at ₹799
crore.

EVTech Private Limited, a subsidiary of PVV Infra Limited, has signed a 25-year
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy
Development Agency (UPNEDA) for a 100 MW solar power project at various
locations in the districts of Baghpat and Moradabad in the state of Uttar
Pradesh. This project will be undertaken in Joint Venture with Nacof Oorja Pvt
Ltd with a project cost of ₹384 crore approximately and an annual revenue of
₹53 crore approx.

Housing Private Limited, another subsidiary of the Company, also received EPC
contract for a 109 MW solar power project in the state of Uttar Pradesh and in
the districts of Baghpat and Moradabad, in collaboration with Nacof Oorja Pvt
Ltd. The estimated value of the project is approximately ₹415 crore.
Subsequently,
the Board of Directors also approved a strategic decision to expand the
Company’s presence in the Renewable Energy sector through Special Purpose
Vehicles (SPVs). This model, executed via subsidiary companies, enables focused
execution of projects by geography and business vertical (Power Development and
EPC), while improving operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
These
initiatives are in line with the Company's long-term strategy to scale its
presence in the clean energy sector, leveraging both development and EPC
capabilities.
