Following the second wave of Covid-19 in India, Informa Markets in India along with the co-organisers K AND D Communications Ltd. (KDCL) has taken the decision to reschedule the 1st edition of the much-awaited show for the infrastructure sector, Infraconex, to February 12-14, 2022, at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The expo was scheduled initially for 6-8 August 2021 at the same venue.

Whilst the decision to postpone the event to early next year was not easy for us, it was critical to do so in the light of the deeply adverse impact the pandemic has had on citizens across India in the past months. Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected by this outbreak.

The new dates in February 2022 will allow more time for normality and confidence to return to the marketplace, with eased travel restrictions and overall better conditions for exhibitors and visitors to engage safely.  Team Infraconex will reach out to all parties regarding further logistics and planning.

Infraconex will be organised in accordance with Informa's AllSecure health and safety standards. As part of a cross-industry collaborative effort, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.
