NESCO Exhibitions and GRIHA Council are pleased to announce a strategic partnership to bring to everyone the Built Environment India Expo 2020, a Premier Exhibition and Conference on Sustainable Built Environment and Technologies to be held from 10th to 12th of February 2021 at Bombay Exhibition Centre.

The face of construction is changing with new and disruptive technology driving the industry to the future. Identifying technologies that transform social infrastructure development and construction in a sustainable manner will gain more importance over the next few years as Smart Cities becomes the norm for countries across the world.
“Cities and their delivery partners face complex choices about what type of future they are seeking to create in order to meet aspirations of their citizens. Different cities will have different visions, reflecting the needs and circumstances of their populations and economic activities. Also, the need to ensure that all construction going forward is sustainable and eco-friendly will play an important role while designing the way forward” says Vijay Adhikari, BEI.

“The current pandemic crisis has highlighted the greater need for us to integrate sustainable development, as a strategic preparedness for environmental and economic resilience. This partnership with NESCO Exhibitions is an attempt to maximize our outreach to associated stakeholders for a paradigm shift from the short term benefits to enduring resilience.” says Mr. Sanjay Seth, Chief Executive Officer, GRIHA Council.

GRIHA Council will be developing the technical content for the conference program at the Expo covering areas of relevance and drawing on industry experts from across the globe to reiterate the need for a future ready low-carbon and resilient infrastructure. The Built Environment India (BEI) Expo will bring together prominent stakeholders from the government, academia, consultants, contractors and architects, etc., on a common platform during the expo to help create a community for sustainable development.
