₹17.06 crore SEED Round (Proptech Development & National Expansion): These funds will be used to advance MicroMitti’s Proptech platform, including further investment in AI-driven analytics, automation for seamless real estate investments, and enhanced user experiences. A significant portion will also be dedicated to expanding the firm’s national presence across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India.

₹72.94 crore (Real Estate Investment Projects): Raised through Special Purpose Vehicle (SVP), this portion of the funding will be directed towards expanding MicroMitti’s real estate portfolio, with a focus on high-return properties and large-scale developments. Additionally, land contributions by investors have increased the firm’s AUM (assets under management), now valued at ₹700 crore based on land market valuations.
