Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a prestigious order with a total contract value of ₹1,518 Crore (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred and Eighteen Crore Only), excluding taxes and cess, for “25 Downtown”, by Hubtown. This order is for the construction of an Ultra Luxury Residential Towers in Mumbai, under the Super High-Rise category.

The scope of this repeat order covers the construction of 4 Ultra-Luxury Super High-Rise residential towers at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The project also comprises of state-of-art lavish amenities which includes a clubhouse and penthouses, boasting an unhindered view of Willingdon Golf Course and the vast Arabian sea.
