PASCHAL Formwork Systems were successfully utilized for the construction of a 32-meter-high Lift Irrigation structure in Telangana. The project involved the execution of a massive reinforced concrete structure with a wall thickness of 4.5 meters and approximately 600 m³ of concrete placed in a single pour while maintaining an efficient 5-day construction cycle. The formwork arrangement was executed using PASCHAL's Crane-Assisted Climbing System, which enabled safe and efficient vertical progression of the structure. The system ensured reliable handling of large formwork units, reduced labor requirements, and accelerated construction activities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. A key advantage of the project was the extensive use of PASCHAL's standard modular formwork panels, with only minimal customization required despite the complexity and scale of the structure. This Lift  Irrigation project with 32m height in Telangana demonstrated the flexibility and adaptability of the PASCHAL system, resulting in reduced project costs, optimized material utilization, superior concrete finishes, and enhanced productivity under challenging site conditions.

The coal bunker structure presented significant construction challenges due to its complex geometry, varying wall inclinations, and multiple internal compartments. PASCHAL successfully executed the project primarily using its standard modular formwork panels, demonstrating the versatility and adaptability of the system. Through optimized engineering and efficient formwork planning, only minimal customized panels were required to accommodate the unique structural requirements.By maximizing the use of standard panels, the project benefited from faster assembly, improved material utilization, reduced costs, and simplified site operations.
