Terex India Concludes a Successful Excon 2025 With Major Launches and Strong Customer Engagement
Terex India concluded a highly successful participation at EXCON 2025, showcasing new India-built solutions, advanced digital technologies, and a strong representation from its global brands. This year’s edition generated exceptional interest from customers, dealers, and industry partners across the quarrying, mining, ports, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Engineered in Germany and Made in India, the Fuchs MHL350 emerged as the key highlight of the Terex booth and marked an important milestone in Terex’s localisation strategy. Fuchs, a Terex brand, is globally recognised for its purpose-built material handlers designed for scrap recycling, ports, waste management, and industrial bulk-handling applications.
The MHL350 attracted strong attention for its long-reach capability, stable machine design, fuel-efficient powertrain, and operator-focused cabin. Its suitability for scrap yards, port operations, industrial handling, and recycling environments generated significant interest among industry professionals. The introduction of the India-built Fuchs range reaffirmed Terex’s commitment to enhancing equipment availability, reducing lead times, and delivering competitive total cost of ownership to customers in the region.
Another major highlight was the official introduction of the Connec-T telematics app, Terex’s new digital platform designed to give customers deeper visibility into their equipment. The mobile app received strong interest from customers looking to monitor machine performance more effectively and improve overall uptime. Connec-T enables continuous connectivity across Terex machines and delivers real-time performance insights, early maintenance alerts, and detailed usage analytics, helping operators plan service needs more predictably and manage their equipment more efficiently.
The app is currently available on all hybrid machines across the Terex portfolio as well as Franna cranes, and will be extended to wider fleet coverage in the next phase. The launch of Connec-T represents a significant step forward in Terex India’s digital service capability and reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to connected equipment and smarter fleet management.
Alongside the key introductions, Terex featured significant products from its established crushing, screening, and lifting portfolio. The Powerscreen Horizon 6203 Hybrid Screen continued to draw strong interest from quarry owners and miners for its high-capacity fine-sizing performance and dual-power flexibility. Built in Hosur, India for high-volume screening, this heavy-duty horizontal vibrating screen is designed to handle high volumes of sticky materials and deliver precise sizing in applications such as aggregates, coal, and iron ore.
The Terex MPS Cedarapids MVP450X Cone Crusher, also built in India, reinforced customer confidence in Terex MPS’s static crushing range. Known for its advanced Rollercone® bearing design, consistent product shape, and dependable performance, the MVP450X continues to be viewed as a reliable solution for heavy-duty and large-capacity crushing spreads.
Franna also gained strong engagement at the booth with its FR25XS and FR20 pick-and-carry cranes. Both models were appreciated for their compact mobility, short turning radius, safety-focused design, and suitability for a wide range of infrastructure projects. Visitors acknowledged the versatility and dependable performance of the Franna range, particularly in space-constrained operating environments.
Reflecting on the strong response at Excon 2025, Mr. Jaideep Shekhar, Managing Director, Terex India, said: “Excon 2025 has been an excellent platform for us to introduce the India-manufactured Fuchs MHL350 and our new Connec-T telematics platform.
