The journey of Ameenji Rubber Limited began in 1997 with a clear vision—to build reliable rubber solutions that support India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and railway ecosystem. What started as a trading firm has grown into a focused manufacturing initiative and a trusted name in the rubber industry, supplying specialized products that form an essential part of railway systems, bridges, highways, and industrial infrastructure.

Over the years, the company has steadily expanded its capabilities and product portfolio, developing a comprehensive range of industrial rubber products designed to meet the functional and safety requirements of critical infrastructure. Today, Ameenji Rubber Limited manufactures elastomeric bridge bearings, POT-PTFE and spherical bearings, infrastructure expansion joints, composite grooved rubber sole plates (CGRSP), UIC rubber vestibules, rubberized railway crossing pads, moulded and long-length rubber sheets, gym mats and rolls, cow mats, rubber extrusion profiles, and other commercial rubber products. These solutions play an important role in applications ranging from railway coaches and sleepers to bridges, flyovers, roads, highways, and various industrial and commercial environments.

As the company grew, it established strong relationships with key government and infrastructure organizations. Ameenji Rubber Limited initially secured approvals from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) for supplying elastomeric bearings, expansion joints, POT-PTFE bearings, and strip seal joints and thereafter marked its entry into the Indian Railways with approval for manufacturing and supply of UIC Rubber Vestibules. It is an approved vendor with the Research Designs & Standards Organisation (RDSO) and is listed in the Indian Railways vendor directory for multiple railway components, including elastomeric bearings, expansion joints, composite grooved rubber sole plates, and UIC rubber vestibules. The company has also received approvals from the Ministry of Railways and the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCC) for projects along the Eastern and Western Freight Corridors, further strengthening its role in supporting large-scale infrastructure development.

At the heart of Ameenji Rubber Limited’s operations is its manufacturing facility located in Kucharam Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana. Spread across nearly 10,000 square meters and expanding, the facility houses advanced production equipment including kneaders, mixing mills, hydraulic presses, rotocure machines, calendaring machines, and extruders. These capabilities enable the company to maintain efficiency and precision in manufacturing. The company follows stringent quality standards and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, reflecting its commitment to quality management, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety. Its in-house NABL-accredited laboratory, operating under ISO/IEC 17025 standards, ensures rigorous testing and quality assurance at every stage of production.

With a strong domestic foundation in place, Ameenji Rubber Limited expanded its footprint into global markets. Since beginning exports in 2020, the company has supplied products to infrastructure projects across countries such as Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Malawi, Nepal, Iraq, and Poland. To strengthen its international presence, the company has appointed distributors in key markets including Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

The company sources high-quality raw materials such as natural and synthetic rubber, carbon black, metal sheets, white clay, oils, plasticizers, adhesives, and activators from trusted domestic suppliers. Careful selection of materials ensures the durability, reliability, and performance of its products in demanding infrastructure applications.

Originally founded as a proprietorship BJ Ameenji International Rubber Inc. and thereafter incorporated as Ameenji Rubber Private Limited on September 20, 2006, the company transitioned into Ameenji Rubber Limited in July 2024 following its conversion into a public limited company—an important milestone reflecting its growth and long-term ambitions.

Guiding this journey are the company’s promoters—Mufaddal Najmuddin Deesawala, Sakina Mufaddal Deesawala, Fatema Mufaddal Deesawala, and Zahra Mufaddal Deesawala—whose combined experience in the rubber industry has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Their leadership has helped Ameenji Rubber Limited expand its operations, strengthen customer relationships, and build a reputation for quality and reliability across both domestic and international markets.

Today, Ameenji Rubber Limited continues its journey with a focus on innovation, quality, and infrastructure development, delivering rubber solutions that quietly but critically support the movement of people, goods, and industries around the world.
