The experienced duo of PASCHAL and Kooheji have successfully completed another outstanding project in Bahrain: Fontana Infinity Towers.

Fontana Infinity rises up in the heart of Bahrain as a unique real estate project that not only offers luxuri-ous living but also integrates world-class tourism fa-cilities and services.

This ambitious project consists of two majestic tow-ers - Tower A with 45 floors and Tower B with 46 floors - on a total built-up area of around 125,350 m².

Within the space separating the two towers is a trop-ical oasis with green gardens, a “lazy river” and an artificial beach, as well as Bahrain's largest recrea-tional swimming pool.

Kooheji Contractors, a long-time PASCHAL partner and one of the country's leading project developers, took on the central role as main contractor in the im-plementation of this prestigious project.

Unbeatable formwork

To achieve the in-situ concrete structures, Kooheji Contractors once again relied on PASCHAL's out-standing formwork solutions. PASCHAL's formwork systems set the standard for successful construction projects in terms of speed, precision and cost-effectiveness.

In both towers, the lift cores, stairwells, shear walls and columns were formed with around 600 m² of modular/GE universal formwork and as a NeoR ex-tension. This formwork system proved to allow ex-tremely flexible implementation, especially in com-bination with other products

PASCHAL climbing brackets were used to form the external walls. 2,000 m² of PASCHAL Deck slab formwork were used for the concrete slabs of both towers.

Hand-in-hand to a masterpiece

The partnership with PASCHAL dates back to Kooheji Contractors’ early days as a construction company. Today, Fontana Infinity once again un-derscores the outstanding partnership between Kooheji Contractors as project developer and PAS-CHAL.

The fusion of innovative formwork technology and excellent construction management has contributed significantly to creating a new jewel of modern archi-tecture that impressively combines luxury, comfort and design.
