Deltabulk Shipping Wins 45-Year Contract for Nagpur Multimodal Logistics Park Worth Rs. 365.89 Crores

Deltabulk Shipping India, a London-based subsidiary of Delta Corp Holdings, has secured a 45-year contract worth Rs. 365.89 crores to develop a Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Nagpur, outbidding J M Baxi Ports & Logistics. The agreement includes a minimum guaranteed revenue and an additional commitment to share 10 percent of quarterly revenue with National Highways Logistics Management Ltd (NHLM) if it exceeds bid estimates. Deltabulk's estimated revenue over the concession period is Rs. 33,597 crores, contributing to NHLM's fifth MMLP project under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan for 35 logistics parks in India.
