MB Crusher brought to Bauma 2022 the new rotating shaft sieve MB-HDS220

1 ton of weight and   a load capacity of 0.6^m3 for versatile and reliable equipment: MB Crusher has brought to Bauma 2022 the new MB-HDS220 rotating shaft sieve, suitable for paddles and mini loaders from 4.5 to 11 tones.

Practicality, reliability and productivity at the construction site

Compact, versatile and extremely easy to handle, the new MB Crusher MB-HDS220 rotor processor bucket is designed to ease work, decrease working times, save operating costs. 

The size of the inlet opening – 2.20 mt – speeds up loading operations by making the tracks or wheels of the operating machine remain clean.

The inlet opening is designedto quickly introduce the material on the rotating shafts.

Maintenance is simple – lubrication is centralized and done on the construction site, as for all MB Crusher products.

The coupling system is studied to allow maximum freedom of movement of the operating machine. This system allows you to have a great visibilidade of the material that needs to be processed and the construction site

As for the other HDS models, the MB-HDS-220 also allows the replacement of the rotors in a simple way and directly on the construction site by the operator himself. This is aversatile machine, with which it is possible to process various types of materials with ease and speed.
