Industrial design and technologies to increase productivity
Apollo Carmix 4TT is equipped with a drum rotating through 270° and a four-wheel drive steering system that can tackle slopes up to 30% even at full load. All these features make it an ideal working tool especially at difficult to reach jobsites or where there is little operating space. Every construction detail of Apollo Carmix 4TT is designed to facilitate the work of operators and maximize productivity on site. The front cab, for example, ensures great visibility of production phases. The hydraulic shovel, designed to ensure accurate loading of cement and aggregates, is controllable by Joymix. Moreover, the electronic weighing system provides concrete data to achieve a perfect Mix Design. Finally, the rear engine facilitates machine maintenance and balancing.
A load-cell weighing system for perfect Mix-Design control
Apollo Carmix 4TT is equipped with a load-cell weighing system for the dosing, weighing and programming of any material to obtain a perfect Mix Design on site. It is composed of four load cells inside the mixing unit controlled from an on-board computer that serve as weight sensors directly where concrete is mixed.
