A highly renowned hydro, bridge and tunnelling contractor from the Northern part of India found an ideal solution in BF90.3 to more competitively diversify his business.

An esteemed customer of ours  recently won a tender where they were required to undertake a bridge construction work in a very remote location in the Northern part of India. The project site was located in the hilly terrain where mobility of heavy equipment and trucks was difficult and also electricity connection was hard to obtain and sustain.

For their project, there was a significant requirement of 20mm down aggregates to prepare concrete and 40mm down to maintain the base strength. The concrete was used to make the bridge.

With the site being in a remote area, transportation cost for aggregates were coming excessively high but also the availability of the aggregate material at their site was scarce as the trucks were not filled to their optimum level due to un-even hilly terrain.  Moreover, it was very difficult to install a stationary crusher due to inadequate land and scarcity of electricity.

Today, they have deployed a Hyundai R215 excavator and they are crushing 20mm and 40mm down river bed material which is readily available at their project site, thus eliminating transportation cost.

All this was possible by using a BF90.3 crusher bucket on their Hyundai R215 Excavator: with a single base machine and operator, they are running Crusher Bucket for approximately 10 hours per day, producing precise 20mm and 40mm down material as required for their project.

This led to significant reduction in the operating expenses and improved their overall project timelines.

Prior to securing this tender, they had deployed MB-R800 Drum Cutter in a tunnel making project in the neighbouring site and also bought a BF60.1 Crusher Bucket for their hydro project in another location.

Being a very satisfied customer with the product and support, customer had once again entrusted MB Crusher for their project requirements.
