The CII-EXIM award promotes competitiveness and excellence among the Indian Industry by recognizing the outstanding practices made by businesses.

Godrej Precision Engineering and Godrej Construction, the businesses of Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group, were felicitated with the CII-EXIM Bank Award for their outstanding & sustained progress towards achieving business excellence. The CII-EXIM Award is the most prestigious award in India for excellence that is instituted jointly by the Confederation of Indian Industry and Export Import Bank of India.

Godrej Precision Engineering is the first business within G&B and in Indian industry to be awarded the Business excellence award under the new EFQM-2020 model and has showed sustained performance to bag it consecutively for the second year. The award was presented to Godrej Precision Engineering for achieving excellence in its overall business practices like New product development, TPM culture, growth through Kaizen, Innovative processes, Good & Green initiatives, and Customer Centricity.

Godrej Construction is acclaimed for its sustainable and exemplary business practices under the CII-EXIM Bank Award 2021 making it the very first company in the Indian Real Estate and Construction Industry to achieve this feat. This business of Godrej & Boyce was awarded for its, Process Management System, Stakeholders Focus, Lean Construction Practices, People Orientation initiatives, Industry Leadership Capabilities, Value Creation Approach, Focus on circular economy, alignment towards SDG goals and Environment & Community Support.
