Integrated facility to provide sales, service and parts support across Nashik and North Maharashtra

JCB India today inaugurated its new Dealer facility, Ratnapprabbha World, in Nashik, further expanding its footprint in Maharashtra. The facility will provide customers in Nashik and nearby regions, access to JCB’s comprehensive product range, backed by end-to-end sales, service, and parts support.

Spread across almost 60,000 sq.ft., the facility features a 4-bay workshop and is supported by a team of 150 professionals, with extensive industry expertise.

The Nashik facility will serve as the headquarters of Ratnapprabbha World, overseeing five branches across Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, and Nandurbar.

The facility is equipped with modern infrastructure, in line with JCB’s global corporate identity, and a fully operational LiveLink Command Centre - an advanced telematics solution that provides real-time insights into machine performance, service requirements, operations, and security, enabling 24x7 fleet management support.
