Are you going to participate in the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022? What new products are you going to introduce to the market?

We are displaying our 180TPH Hot Mix plant Module as also the Concrete Batching Plant at EXCON

It's been a long time between 2019 and 2022 to be here at Excon 2022. What do you think of the company's overall performance?

Last 3 years has been of fluctuating fortunes for our company. While we did well prior to the COVID times, during COVID, our dispatches were affected although our order book was healthy. Post COVID scenario has seen our company bounce back with vigor which has brought back positive vibes within the company as also the same is being witnessed with our clientele. We hope to encash on this positivity this year and are well placed to achieve record turnover.

Everyone has been affected by the pandemics over the last two years. Describe how challenging it was for you to remain stable in the market.

This pandemic has taught us many a lessons. We have managed very well during these difficult times by thinking on our feet and have become more efficient and removing old cobwebs in the system.

We were able to maintain our heads above water by our mantra “ keep the customers happy come what may”, by offering our services to keep their plants running. We are proud of our workforce who have rendered services under very difficult circumstances during pandemic ,and they are our real assets.

How did you and your company manage to stay stable in the current economic situation that gave rise to the demand for and cost of raw materials?

We are carefully watching the scenario unfold and are investing heavily on cost cutting and wastage reducing exercises and also investing on newer infrastructure which should hold us in good stead when the Market stabilizes.

Our investment in state of the art Manufacturing, which has gone on stream recently, would add a great deal in meeting our customers demand of timely deliveries .

Tell us about a new innovation that your organisation has implemented or plans to implement.

We are concentrating on standardizing our existing products and simultaneously working on our future plans, which are exciting .

In the short term, we plan to double our presence in the market and aim to be a pan-India player by the end of 3 years.
