Can you provide a brief overview of the history and founding principles of the company?

In November 2011 PARAS Group diversified its business from product support segment – trading of spares, rendering service, refurbishing, upgrading of construction machines to manufacturing of Asphalt Plants. Eventually we expanded our fleet of equipment to both the version of Asphalt Plants – Continuous and Batch Type in various capacities and configurations, Asphalt Paver Finisher, Bitumen and Emulsion Distributors, Wet Mix Plants and Pavers and other equipment.

With growing demand and clientele base – we expanded our existing factory premises at Kolkata and commenced operation at another factory location at Ahmedabad.

Could you please share your most demanding product and its benefits?

Our most demanding product is Asphalt Plants – both Continuous Drum Mix and Batch Type. Taking design cue from US of America for Drum Mix and Europe for Batch Type Plants, we have developed and launched future ready plants with cutting edge technology, having minimum emission and producing sustainable Hot Mix. Few benefits of possessing our products are: -

What measures are taken to ensure customer satisfaction and address their concerns effectively?

At first, we thank our customers for bringing issues to our attention and record their complaint by getting all the facts by discussing in detail. Subsequently, we internally as well with customer discuss the options for fixing the problem and act quickly as fast as possible with agreed time lines. Deliver on our commitments and keep in touch with customer to avoid any future un planned down-time.

Internally, the root cause analysis of customer concern and issues are discussed in our review meetings and corrective actions are taken in our SOPs to avoid any future occurrence.

Are there any upcoming products or innovations that Rhino Road Equipments Pvt Ltd is currently working on?

We have already launched and seeded our plants which can produce sustainable hot mix using higher percentages of RAP.

Our R&D team works seamlessly on innovations and upgradation of existing fleet of manufactured equipment. We regularly study the best practices in product support being followed and incorporate those with more innovations for Customer delight.

As far as new products are concerned, in a short time from now – we shall be launching Concrete Batch Mix Plants and Sensor Paver Finisher.
