Can digitization be useful for monitoring the multitasking of your Asphalt Paver?
Yes, the future is digitization. We are building this in our organization but the slot we are dealing with is still not ready as at their end they need a lot of preparation. Besides our clients are small and medium-sized contractors, so they do need such sophistication.However, we are gearing up for ourselves to meet the future demand.
With a series of lockdown and unlock down and now low activity due to monsoon has your company announced any maintenance plans of your Asphalt Paver bought by your customers?
We are very conscious of our aftermarket services. It is our usual practice to depute our maintenance staff to take care of the maintenance requirements of our customers. We normally have regular follow-ups with our customers for any trouble they may be facing.
Asphalt Pavers are mostly used outdoors. What do you think the new normal will be for your Asphalt Paver?
We do not see much of difference will come in the outdoor operations of Pavers. The staff deployed including the operator perform at a safe distance while operating the Paver. However, we will strongly recommend social distancing and other preventive protocols during the operation of the Paver.
Is the online marketing efforts, work from home trend changed the way companies do business now?
We are located in a remote areas of North Gujarat which is not affected by Coronavirus much. Our staff is living in nearby areas so not much of traveling is involved. However, we do not mind our staff working from home as far as they remain efficient. Sometimes the home environment raises the efficiency due to the flexible timing of working
