Have you contemplated additional features for your Asphalt Batching Plant during this lockdown period? Please describe.
We have included several features in Rhino Batch Mix Plants. Mainly based on Manufacturing- Transportation – Erection–Operation –Maintenance.
We have established conform operation to manufacturing side. It will help to increase production capacity & produce quality base product.
We have designed considering transportation. It will be as compact as to fit in containers for export purpose. Minimum containers or trailers quantity will help on transportation cost also.
- Erection timing is major factor for new buyers in new sites. We added points to design which helps to erect with minimum facilities& with minimum timing.
- We figured out & changed Operating components to increase the production on site.
- We have provided easy to go facilities on maintenance with minimum maintenance.
While most of the Road construction activities are on hold do you think you might extent some free check-up services to the customers who bought Asphalt Batching plant from you in the past.
Well, we are lucky that the government allowed Road development immediately after the strict lockdown was lifted, so all our plants were in action. But, we do provide free check up services to our clients whenever the plant is idle, especially during monsoon season.
Have you made any design changes for erecting your plant at the customer site?
Prompt & easy Erection is the primary factor in each & every customer's mindset. Our design view is to erect our plant on site with minimum facilities, minimum manpower & minimum timing.
We are trying to avoid heighted cranes and eventually, we have done changes in our design for that point. Heighted cranes are very costly for erection purpose.
Safety is most important part on site erection. We have added several safety Features in our design for safe & easy erecting procedure
What is the lead time reaching your customer in case of a mechanical breakdown of your Asphalt Plant?
We have appointed several service engineers, who are ready to move on call. Generally it takes 24 hours to 48 hours for our service engineers to reach any site, and in the meanwhile we also give inputs to the plant operator over phone to keep the plant running till our service engineer reaches site.
How effective is your online marketing efforts? How do you receive overseas inquires?
We are extensively marketing our Batch Mix Plants throughout India & Abroad, through various online marketing mediums. Only recently we have bagged two export orders from Bhutan & Bangladesh.
