Have you contemplated additional features for your Asphalt Batching Plant during this lockdown period? Please describe.
Yes we had contemplated additional features like RAC and RAH for our Asphalt Batching plant through which we can use the Recycled Asphalt pavement. In RAC method we would be adding cold RAP directly into the Pug mill section. We can add 25 % of Milling material to the new material. when coming to the RAH we can add up to 30% of the Milling Material into the Drum using a special Rotary system.
While most of the Road construction activities are on hold do you think you might extent some free check-up services to the customers who bought Asphalt Batching plant from you in the past
Customer service has always been one of our prime motto. We have been doing Continuous health check-ups of the existing Batching plants. And also we are Handling all kinds of queries/complaints from various plant locations.
Have you thought of expanding your online marketing activities during this lockdown period?
As we all are aware Covid-19 has changed all of our lives in many unexpected ways. Though we have been actively doing our online marketing so far, now we would expand more on those lines. We are connecting virtually to the plant locations through various mobile apps to service our regular complaints. We are also using latest technologies to handle a breakdown or emergency service to our clients.
Have you heard about new online marketing media like Facebook, Twitter, or Linked?
We have always been active on Facebook and Twitter for our Branding/Marketing Purposes. We would explore more on other platforms.
Would you like to know about these new media?
We would not leave any opportunity to explore about new ways to improvise our Business. And now since going digital and virtual connections are the need of the hour, we would surely work on these opportunities as the only thing that Matters is survival of the fittest.
