Q. How do you see your opportunities at EXCON 17?

A. Excon has always been a huge platform for the different product promotion and marketing opportunities for both large and small players in the Infrastructure segment. The past successes of all the EXCON exhibitions have infused great optimism for both the exhibitors and visitors from India and abroad.

We too are excited to participate in EXCON 17 with great enthusiasm and preparation. We have planned to take maximum advantage of the event to grab every opportunity coming our way. Q. What are the recent advancements the company has carried out in your product range in terms productivity, reliability and operational efficiency?

A. Our focus is on the continuous improvement and adoption of advanced technology in our product/services to help our customer achieve maximum efficiency. We also emphasis ease of operation and the inclusion of Eco-friendly features. 
 
Q. With increasing automation and Internet applications as value addition to Plant/equipment operations and creating Unique selling proposition(USP) what telematics services your company provides to its customers?

A. True, Automation & internet is creating (USP) for product/services as it offers online solution to the customer without any delay. This telematic addition is been adopted in a very fast pace manner in heavy road construction equipment,

In the operation of the plant, one of the essential elements of the entire plant is the Control panel. The entire plant is operated by control panel which is the heart of the plant. We have devised uniqueness in our control panels. Our panels are SCADA enabled, so in case of any issue we can take virtual control of the system and handle the problem from any place. It saves a lot of manpower and valuable time for the clients.

Q. What is role of R&D in your organization? Do you emphasize investing in R&D and developing solutions for the Indian market?

A. Our company's' main vision is to develop indigenous products sourcing our requirement from India. We are driven by the concept of MAKE IN INDIA and believe we are capable of making standard products. This requires a good R&D backup and constant efforts to deliver a good quality product with International standards.

Though our company is in the growing stage and needs lots of infrastructure development to deliver better quality products, we are serious about giving our customer quality and latest technology. This requires a holistic approach and R&D is the backbone of such efforts. We are planning to invest the sizable amount in R&D.

Q. What does Customer satisfaction mean to you?

A. We are honest with our customer all through our dealing and keep our commitments. Once the product is delivered we remain close to our customer providing them with preventive, periodic maintenance. Customer satisfaction is our prime effort and is our major USP.

Our company was started in 1991 with a single machine. Today we have three large units in Ahmedabad and one service area in AP and Maharashtra.

We have large & skilled service engineers team who provide quality and prompt service to our customers. As mentioned earlier maintenance is of prime importance for us to ensure the smooth running of the machine and we emphasize this with detailed instructions to our customers and providing training to supervisors and the operator.

Q. What are your expansion plans in terms of dealer network or market reach? Apart from expanding your sales through first time buyers, what is your strategy to retain the existing customers? 

A. We're keen to expand our business through dealer networks in various locations. Excon 2017 is a great opportunity for us as also other infrastructure exhibitions to expand our marketing and servicer representation. We get the opportunity to interact with all kinds of marketing and service provider professionals.

With respect to retaining existing customers, we always provide the best service to them and also constantly upgrade our machinery for better output. 

Q. How do you see the impact of various transformational changes like demonetization and GST?

A. We have observed some impact due to the transformational changes like demonetization and GST on the sales of construction equipment in 2017. We did face challenges but we have coped up with them and have emerged stronger.

Q. Let us know about your achievement and future plans.

A. Today we are known for our product performance and responsive management. We have installed one of the highest numbers of plants and the extent to which we have penetrated the market has given us a Branded company status.

We have successfully installed more than 50 Asphalt Batch Mix Plants in various states of India.

Our future plans are to take the company to dizzy heights
