How was the year 2019 for your company?
The year though tough, it was at par with 2018.There was recessionary trends in the country but with our broad based customers we were able to manage our target.
The enquiry flow and the sales generation was OK but customers did not lift the final product. In some cases after the finalization of the orders the customers asked us to put on hold as they themselves were stranded with not receiving work orders or they were not in position to further go with their project due varied reasons.
Did you make major changes in your company to combat recessionary trends prevalent in the country?
We did not make any major changes, however we have stepped up our R&D to upgrade all our product/service line and bring more value to our customers.
Our association with SPECO also demanded lot of research and answering queries from the client. We also at our end had to streamline our operations to match the requirements of SPECO
Any breaking news for this EXCON-2019? What product/services are on display here at this Exhibition?
Our association with SPECO is the breaking news. We have joined hand with SPECO for manufacturing BATCHING PLANT and we are streamlining all our efforts to make our union success. There is lot of internal training going for orientation of SPECO product / services. It is new culture we have to imbibe.
Have you added any new features lately to delight your customers?
All our products are PLC/SCADA based and it best suits our customers.We will shortly upgrade our aftermarket service with online back up so that most trouble shooting will be executed online.
What take away you are expecting from EXCON -19?
We want to reinforce our union with SPECO and branding of our new synergy.EXCON will provide most viable medium to communicate our message to our customers.
