In the coming years, the Indian government plans to develop a total of 66,117 km of roads under different programs. How does your company plan to meet the demand arising out of such forthcoming developments?

The ABM series asphalt plants are renowned for their high efficiency and low maintenance. ASHITECH has developed its ABM 120/160 Asphalt batch mix plant models with versatility and efficiency in mind. We do offer plants which allow 25-30% RAP addition.

Most of the Plants/ EQUIPMENTS are in action at a distant location in the country? How do you provide your services to resolve the problems of your contractors?

ASHITECH provides services for its client's asphalt plants  ranging from simple maintenance such as replacing a bearing to relocating an entire plant throughout the country. Our team is experienced in solving  problems you will experience in your asphalt plant – inefficiencies with burners or drums, air to fuel ratio analysis and adjustments, improperly-sized equipment that negatively impacts the entire plant, and components that require custom repairs or fabrication.

ASHITECH Asphalt Batch Mix panel system uses touch screen PLC technology with SCADA System to integrate all the batching functions into one integrated controller which provides real time batching control on a PLC and all in one PC. Air Conditioned Control room is provided for plant control .The operator can easily operate the whole plant from the desk only. Computer LED & HMI units allows setting and viewing of data. The operator can enter plant setting like gradation % or select recipe, Batch Weight, Load, Temp, Units etc. We get all types of reports through online monitoring through SCADA systems with computer and printer.
