Tell us about a technological breakthrough that your company has implemented or intends to implement.

We are doing R&D to Implement usage of Plastic Waste in our Plant which will help us to use non - reusable Plastic.

This Technology will be highly environment friendly & will assist our Company's "Go Green" initiative.

What were the primary complaints or queries concerning products or services that you faced during the pandemic?

There were some hiccups initially, in providing service physically during the pandemic, but somehow we managed to arrange local engineers at maximum sites through our sources, Where servicing was required. It was a tough time for Construction Industry, but.. when the going gets tough, the tough get going.

In this critical situation, how convenient did our firm make it for you to stand out in a crowded market of competition?

Well, frankly we did outstanding business during the pandemic as our Rhinos (team of workers, engineers, marketing agents) worked day and night to surpass all our previous sales figures.

Rhino has achieved great heights and is a reputed brand in Road Construction Equipment.

Is there a new product or service that your company has been attempting to implement in the last two years? What new products and services are you going to introduce to the market?

We have already launched new models of Rhino Batch Mix and Drum Mix Plants, which are maintenance free, easy to use and highly fuel efficient.

We are also going to introduce our new range of plants which will be compact and cost effective as it will save on bitumen also.

How did you and your company manage to remain stable in the current economic crisis, which has raised the bar for the cost of raw materials?

The daily increasing cost of raw materials affected the whole industry. even the byproducts were not spared from price escalations.

We had to increase the price of all our products, but we did not compromise in our quality.

this we had to convince our customers and they did understand & ultimately placed orders to us for quality products.
