How was your experience at 6th NEPAL BUILDCON INTERNATIONA EXPO 2020 this year? Any suggestions for the organizers?

The overall experience at 6th NEPAL BUILDCON INTERNATIONA EXPO 2020 this year was good. The response from the local buyers and the dealers was good and we were happy with their enquiries.
We have some recommendations for the organizers.
To have more utilities near the stall areas like the food outlets and the utility area for easing off like the wash areas.
The wash areas should be bigger and cleaned often.
More direction maps should be displayed at regular intervals.
More seating areas should be arranged as Nepal is on altitude and visitors and participants get a chance to rest.
Litter should be picked up at regular intervals.

What product did you display at the Exhibition?

We had displayed our entire range of products e.g Asphalt Batch Mix Plants, Asphalt Drum Mix Plants, WMM Plants, Boomers etc.

Did you receive spot sales or trade enquirers during the exhibition?

Yes we received lots of trade enquiries and direct enquiries from the buyers. Besides with 10 Asphalt Drum Mix Plants and 1 Asphalt Batch Mix plant already installed in Nepal we have good presence and reference business. Buyers come with ready reference which boost our confidence.

Nepal though has lot many similarities in terms of culture and market with India what you think should be your strategy to penetrate the Nepal market? Direct Marketing or through Dealer network?

Yes we have a lot of similarities with Nepal. Apart from cultural ties we have similar ethical and emotional approach towards business.
We have always been sincere in delivering what we promise and that is the best policy we would adopt in our strategy for Nepal. Both the buyers and the dealers appreciate this quality and reciprocate in similar expressions.
We would adopt both the approach i.e. the customer pull and trade push in marketing our product  to Nepal.
We would like to approach the customers with our promotional methods to reach the customers as we get firsthand experience to analyse the need of the customers and we need dealer network for service  and spare, parts components back up to reach the developing and scattered of Nepal market with speed and logistics.

How will you combat competition from other countries especially China in penetrating the Nepal market?

With the internet everywhere, the world is getting homogeneous and service is the bottom line. Without effective service in time bound manner all efforts are in vain.
So providing effective service in time every time is the only way to stay afloat and combat any competition anywhere in the world from any quarter.
