How was your experience at 6th Nepal Buildcon International Expo this year? Any suggestions for the organizers?
It was a great experience, the atmosphere was great, as a healthy competition always makes you enthusiastic towards competing and winning the league. We as a team focus towards becoming the leaders in the field of Road Construction and we're making tremendous efforts to reach at the top.
There are some suggestions for the organizers, the sanitation was not good. When you're organizing such a huge event at an international level, according to us the toilets and sanitation needs to be arranged nearer to the stalls & more in numbers.

What product did you display at the Exhibition?
We had displayed our total range of products in the Asphalt range at the BUILDCON Nepal event which included:
a. Hydraulic Broomer
b. Tractor Mounted Bitumen Sprayer 3T
c. Truck Mounted Bitumen Sprayer 6T
d. Mechanical Paver
e. Sensor Paver
f. Drum mix Plant
g. Wet mix Macadam
h. Asphalt batchmix plant

Did you receive spot sales or trade enquirers during the exhibition?
We obtained a great response from the consumers, we also prompted 10 to 15 strong enquiries of different products from different regions.

Nepal though has lot many similarities in terms of culture and market with India what you think should be your strategy to penetrate the Nepal market? Direct Marketing or through Dealer network?
Nepal being our neighbor, we have many similarities in the culture and thought process including the mindset of people, so although it is a different country, it is somehow easy to penetrate the market as we can recognize and deal with the consumer's requirement and fulfill their needs with attaining consumer's full satisfaction.
We have a very strong network in the North-East INDIA and Nepal and along with it we also have strong bonds with the dealers located in Nepal, along with the service network too. Also, our marketing team is totally focused to see what our consumer need.
Our approach is from both sides, we believe to generate a strong bond and a great network with the people in the local market and the company itself.

How will you combat competition from other countries especially China in penetrating the Nepal market?
We at SAPE INDIA believe in quality, and we believe if you have quality by your side you can tackle all the competition in front of you.
We have a strong team with many experienced personnel by our side making different teams like Design, Production, Quality, and Marketing, altogether we make a team which works for the success of the company and also deliver best in industry products to tackle the daily needs of our consumers in the Road Construction Industry.
Talking about the competition and the competitors, we believe that competition is the only way to continuously improve ourselves towards perfection, and we think COMBAT is a bit harsh word for this. Nobody is our enemy but everyone is a competitor, and we win on the grounds of our quality and service.
