Patil Group is one of the Lead Precast Manufacturers with PAN India presence to cater tailor made concrete solutions to our customers in each state of the country. Our major customer has been Indian Railways for Past 30 years supplying PSC sleepers & its ancillary organisations like DFCC, RVNL, IRCON, etc.
After 2014, under PM Modi, Railways has become a dynamic customer which has introduced high end engineering products to increase the speed of trains. Analyzing our strength in Manufacturing Concrete, we are no more only Sleeper Suppliers but have also taken up products like Boundary Walls, Culvert Boxes, Noise Barriers, Drains, Power Supply Cables, Track Slabs, etc. We are geared up with innovative solutions to make projects like NCRTC, MAHSR successful by supplying high end products of Japanese Standards in a time bound manner, under Make in India for realization of the goal of our customer and GoI.

Our Product ranges are briefly divided into 03 Categories-
1. Sleepers & Track Components.
2. Precast Infra Products like- Precast Boundary Walls, Culvert Boxes, Ducts, Crash Barriers, Chambers & Drains, etc.
3. Precast Residential & Commercial Products like- Wall Panels, Slabs, Staircase, Columns, Beams, Hollowcore slabs, etc.
The largest benefit for all our customers is offsite construction & control on quality we offer.
As the world is still recovering from the impact of Covid-19, all customers have realized the value of mechanized products & delivery of projects in a time bound manner, without being dependent on labour & site-conditions, etc.
What if Composite Mineral Admixture (CMA)?
In General, Mineral Admixture includes any insoluble material other than cement & aggregates which is used as an ingredient of concrete & added just before mixing.
Composite Mineral Admixture is an extended Sustainable Building Material. It is a mineral admixture prepared with GGBFS, steel stag, fly ash.
Results with GGBFS & steel slag have been promising as per trials conducted in our labs & it offers early strength to concrete which has helped us in reducing the cycle time of our moulds while manufacturing precast products.

Our New Customers have very access to Boundary Wall elements. With time, customers have realized the issues of land encroachments, property lines and importances of security fences.

Our Contribution has been significant. Depending upon types of products & process improvements, we are constantly investing in latest machinery like No Man Operation- EoTs, Shifting Trolleys, lifting & handling equipment, Automatic Batch mixers, Gantries and so on which help us producing 24x7 and reaching our goal of ZERO Breakdown.
We are running almost 25 factories across India with latest machinery which help us in delivering quality products.
