For vibrating screens, URB has a special design “MAC4F80” – brass cage guided on outer ring that can limit inertia force of rollers and can assure a good tight of rings on shaft/housing.

To benefic of entire bearing life, users need to pay attention from beginning, from mounting procedures. Bearing failure can be caused by mounting, lubrication, contamination and fatigue.

Mounting need to be done with proper tools. Medium and large bearings require induction heater. Direct hits can lead to cracks.

In mounting phase, need to check quality of mounting surfaces (shaft, housing- dimensional and profile deviations). We need to assure that bearing is enough tight on shaft, to check clearance after mounting and not to misalign rings.

Crusher work in harsh environment. Another factors that shorter bearing life are: contamination with foreign particles and lubrication issues (improper quality, lubricant end of life).

URB is using SAP software. SAP is based on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP is business management software, it includes a suite of integrated applications, such as: Procurement, Customer Service, Production, Accounting, Sales.

ERP provides an integrated view of core business processes, often in real-time, using common databases maintained by a database management system. ERP systems track business resources—cash, raw materials, production capacity—and the status of business commitments: orders, purchase orders, and payroll.

- SCADA- Heat treatment. One of the main characteristics of this system is that it acquires, stores and processes large amounts of data and makes the information it receives fundamental to the management of the heat treatment facilities.

-WMS. Warehouse management system. It optimizes warehouse operations, from reception to delivery.

-Product design department is using Creo Elements software for automatic design and Mesys-for bearing calculus and simulation.

-Turning and grinding workshops are equipped with CNC machines. Rollers are automatically sorted at outer diameter O.D and width.
